One-on-One Yoga Nidra Session
Cost: $90 Session Length: 75 minutes
Enjoy this peaceful, sleep-based meditation in the comfort of your own home. Blankets and props will be provided to ensure proper positioning to make your experience as serene as possible. Soften into the moment with a soothing eye mask or cozy blanket. The goal is to be as comfortable as possible while I guide you through body-awareness and breath techniques, leading you into a state of deep, restorative relaxation. Experience the ‘art of doing nothing’ and emerge feeling renewed and refreshed. Clients have the option of recording their session so they may enter this state of tranquility again and again. Packages are available.

Group Yoga Nidra Session

Great for team-building retreats or incorporating into your office's existing wellness program! Research has shown that regular meditation improves employee wellness and boosts productivity (Hilton, et al., 2019). Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 2-4 hours of sleep! Yoga Nidra is a relaxing guided meditation easily accessible to practitioners of any experience level. Minimum of 5 participants.
